1. Digital Products
All eBooks sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct. The downloaded file is licensed to the buyer for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Refunds and Returns
Because every book on this site is delivered as a digital file the moment your payment clears, traditional returns are not possible. We do, however, offer refunds in clearly defined situations, in keeping with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA, 2018) and standard consumer rights for online buyers.
We will refund the price you paid when:
- The download link never reached you, even after we resent it.
- The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or incomplete.
- You purchased the wrong title by mistake and contact us within 48 hours of the order, before downloading the file.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
We will not refund when:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the book.
- You finished reading the book and no longer want it.
- You found the same title cheaper elsewhere.
To request a refund, email adumensahministries@gmail.com within seven (7) days of your purchase with your order receipt and a short explanation. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and typically reflect within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Paperback and Kindle editions purchased through Amazon are governed by Amazon's own returns policy. Donations made to the ministry are voluntary and non-refundable.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
